Finding the right size
The sizes given correspond to the back length, neck width, and chest width of the sweater in cm. Simply measure your dog’s back length generously and choose the desired length for your four-legged friend. This ONESIE is particularly suitable for dachshunds and small dogs.

How How do I measure my dog?
Simply measure the neck, chest, waist, and back tightly with a flexible tape measure. Everything is explained in detail in our video. How do I put the dog sweater on my dog?
With a little practice, putting it on is very quick, and your dog will love the warming feeling. Simply pull it over the head and then carefully pull the front legs through the sleeves, pull the onesie back, and bend the hind legs and pull them through the respective leg holes!

What size dog sweater does my dog need?
Measure your dog's neck, chest, and back length with a flexible tape measure and compare them to our size chart on the respective product page. For dogs between two sizes or with a special build (e.g. a Dachshund with a long back), we recommend a special fit variant or a made-to-measure sweater.
Do the sweaters fit Dachshunds and other long-backed breeds?
Yes - we specialize in small to medium-sized dogs and the needs of breeds like the Dachshund. The cut leaves enough length along the back without restricting the tail or freedom of movement.
What material are the dog sweaters made of?
Our core material is genuine Polartec® fleece - a technical, high-performance fabric known for excellent warmth, breathability, and water resistance, used in most of our styles. Select patterned editions use an equally high-quality 100% polyester fleece. You'll find the exact material for your chosen style on its product page.
How do I wash and care for the dog sweater?
If the sweater gets dirty, we recommend always letting it dry completely first, then brushing out the dirt with a soft brush - this is usually gentler on the fleece than washing right away. If a wash is needed, our sweaters are machine washable; you'll find exact temperature and drying instructions on our separate care guide page.
What's the difference between a dog sweater and a dog onesie?
The classic sweater covers the neck to the back, while the onesie also has legs, protecting the belly and legs too - handy in wet or muddy weather.
When should my dog start wearing a sweater?
Short-haired, small, and older dogs, as well as breeds with little undercoat (like the Dachshund), get cold faster. A sweater makes sense as soon as it's cool, wet, or windy outside, or if your dog is shivering or seems reluctant to go out.
Do you also offer made-to-measure sweaters?
Yes, we make sweaters from Polartec® fleece to your dog's individual measurements (neck, chest, and belly circumference, back length) in numerous color options. We offer a free WhatsApp video consultation for taking measurements; you'll find pricing and turnaround time directly on the made-to-measure product page.
Does the made-to-measure option also work for mixed breeds or very small breeds?
Mixed breeds are possible after prior photo approval by email. Unfortunately, the fabric isn't suitable for very small breeds such as Chihuahuas or Miniature Pinschers due to its thickness.
Can I put a harness on over the sweater?
Yes. We deliberately don't cut a hole or opening for a harness into our sweaters, since every harness is shaped differently and a fixed opening wouldn't fit every model. We recommend simply putting the harness on over the sweater.
Can I return or exchange the dog sweater if the size doesn't fit?
Yes, standard sizes can be exchanged under our return policy (details on our returns page). For made-to-measure sweaters, exchanges are limited - so we recommend a video consultation before ordering.
