SHIPPING COSTS
woof & wiggle ships in Germany and Europe with DHL as shipping partner. For Germany and Europe you can choose between DHL shipping and Warenpost for small items. For international shipments we choose between UPS and DHL. We always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. Below you will find a table of shipping costs.

CUSTOMS FEES
When shipping to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, Great Britain, the USA, etc., fees such as customs clearance, import duties and other costs may apply at your country’s border. We are required by law to declare the full paid value of shipments and must include an invoice. Customs and import procedures are beyond our control, so woof & wiggle NOT responsible for any possible additional costs or delays. All our international customers are responsible for customs and import fees in your own country, the recipient country. For further information please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS
If you would like to return an item, we ask that you send it by email to retoure@woofandwiggle.com to register. Please remember to include your order number, name and item you would like to return.

The costs per return order will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Once you have requested the return, we will send you an email with a return label and instructions on how to complete the shipping.

Please follow the instructions and hand in the return at the nearest DHL branch. Please include the completed returns form in the shipment.

Please note: You must send us the items you want to return before the return deadline expires. Our return period is 14 days.

CONSEQUENCES OF RETURN / CANCELLATION
If you cancel the contract and send the entire order to woof & wiggle you send back, has woof & wiggle all payments that woof & wiggle has received from the customer, including delivery costs, must be repaid immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day the return shipment arrives. For this repayment woof & wiggle the same payment method that the customer used in the original transaction.

The customer must return or hand over the goods to woof & wiggle immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which he reported the return to woof & wiggle. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

The customer only has to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by the customer that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Please ensure that the goods are carefully packaged (if possible in the original packaging) and sent to the following address:

EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange the item (e.g. to a different size, color, etc.), please register for a return as described above and conveniently re-order the desired product.

You will then receive a confirmation email once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse. Depending on the payment method selected, the refund should not take longer than 7 business days.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS/NON-DELIVERY
The recipient must ensure that shipments delivered to the branch are picked up on time. If a shipment is returned to us, in some cases there will be penalties. The penalty postage of EUR 2.90 will be passed on to the buyer and retained when the order is refunded.
