Wir haben im vergangenen Jahr einen Pullover für unsere Hündin, die damals erst sieben Monate alt war, bestellt. Im Online-Formular der Website soll/kann das Alter des Hundes angegeben werden, falls es sich um einen Welpen handelt. Das haben wir auch gemacht. Bei der Abholung des Pullis vor Ort, die übrigens super geklappt hat, wurde dann erklärt, dass der Pulli etwas großzügiger geschneidert wurde, damit der Hund eben nicht sofort rauswächst und nicht direkt ein neuer Pullover benötigt wird. Das fanden wir nicht nur super nett, sondern auch wirklich kundenorientiert. Da hat man dann auch nicht das Gefühl, dass das einzige Bestreben ist, dem Kunden möglichst schnell viel Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Der Pulli hat richtig gut gepasst und unsere Hündin schön warm gehalten. Ein Jahr später ist der Pulli nun aber doch - Überraschung, Überraschung - zu klein und ein neuer muss her. Die nächste Bestellung ist bereits raus und wir würden/werden jederzeit wieder dort bestellen. Klare Empfehlung!
