From December 23rd, 2022 up to and including January 10th, 2023 our shop will be closed. Orders and support requests will only be processed after opening. From then on, only our information on the delivery or production times counts. Thanks for your understanding.

Order deadlines for Christmas

Deliveries within Germany:

Orders that include Polartec® sweaters must be placed by December 6th. to be posted in order to be delivered in time for Christmas.

Orders containing Polartec® sweaters and placed by 09.12. Posted will be shipped before Christmas but won’t arrive until after the Holidays.

For all other products marked as in stock, our shipping partner DHL applies 19.12 as the order deadline. for delivery by Christmas – products on backorder are marked accordingly with a note on the delivery or production time.

In general, however, we cannot give a binding guarantee that the items will arrive on time. We are very dependent on the quality and speed of the shipping service providers here.

Deliveries abroad:

Due to the different delivery times in the respective countries, we unfortunately cannot give any shipping guarantees for deliveries abroad. We recommend ordering in good time and we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible before Christmas.
