Right of Withdrawal

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial activities nor to their self-employed professional activities.)

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

  • at which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and they are delivered together, or
  • at which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they were delivered separately, or
  • on the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that were delivered in multiple partial shipments or items, or
  • on the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the first item of goods, provided that you have entered into a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you have submitted your notice of cancellation via the cancellation feature (the so-called “cancellation button”) before the deadline expires.

In this case, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

RETURNS
If you’d like to return an item, you can still notify us of your return by emailing retoure@woofandwiggle.com. Please remember to include your order number, name, and the items you’d like to return. If you need help with sizing or product recommendations, we’re happy to assist you.

The cost per return order will be automatically deducted from your refund.

As soon as you request a return, we’ll send you an email with a return label and instructions on how to ship the item.

Please follow the instructions and drop off the return at the nearest DHL branch. Please include the completed return form in the package.

Please note: You must send us the items you wish to return before the return period expires. Our return period is 14 days.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs—that is, our custom-made sweaters
  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery
