1. Organizer
The contest is organized by woof & wiggle, email: hello@woofandwiggle.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 or older who are residents of Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, and Italy are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their family members are excluded from participation. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on August 12, 2026, and ends on September 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET.
4. How it works
To enter the contest, participants must complete the following steps on Instagram during the entry period:
1. Post a photo or video of your dog wearing a woof & wiggle outfit on your public Instagram profile.
2. Tag the organizer’s Instagram profile (@woofandwiggle) in the posted photo or video.
3. Use the hashtag #woofandwigglegewinnspiel in the caption.
4. Follow our account @woofandwiggle
Any post that meets the criteria listed above is considered a valid entry. Participants may submit multiple photos or videos to increase their chances of winning. The quality and creativity of the photos and videos will be taken into account during the preliminary selection process.
5. Prizes:
A total of 3 gift certificates, each worth 100 EUR, for the woof & wiggle online store (woofandwiggle.com) will be given away. The gift cards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. They are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
6. Selection and Notificationof Winners
Winners will be selected from all eligible entries after the end of the entry period through a combination of evaluation of photo quality and creativity and a random draw. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days after the submission deadline and asked to provide their email address so the gift card can be sent to them. If a winner does not respond to the prize notification within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Announcement of Winners
By entering the contest, participants agree that, if they win, their Instagram username may be published on the woof & wiggle Instagram channel (@woofandwiggle).
8. Rights of Use for Photos/Videos
By posting the photo/video and participating in the contest, participants grant the organizer the non-exclusive, irrevocable right—unlimited in time and geographical scope—to use the submitted photos/videos for marketing purposes (in particular on social media channels, the organizer’s website, and in the organizer’s newsletter) while crediting the participant’s Instagram username. Participants warrant that they own the copyrights to the submitted photos/videos and that no third-party rights are infringed.
9. Privacy Policy
The personal data collected as part of the giveaway (Instagram username, email address if applicable) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and processing the prize. The data will not be disclosed to third parties unless this is necessary for the administration of the giveaway or required by law. The data will be deleted once the giveaway has concluded. 10. Disclaimer:
Instagram is not affiliated with this giveaway and does not sponsor, endorse, or organize this giveaway in any way. Instagram is released from any liability. Legal recourse is excluded.
11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without providing a reason, or to change the terms and conditions during the contest period, particularly if the proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Any changes will be announced on the organizer’s Instagram channel.
