Die nachfolgenden allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen gelten f\u00fcr alle Leistungen zwischen uns und unseren Kunden (im Folgenden: \u201eKunde\u201c oder \u201eSie\u201c) in ihrer zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung g\u00fcltigen Fassung, soweit nicht etwas anderes ausdr\u00fccklich vereinbart wurde. <\/p>\n\n

  6. Abschluss der Bestellung durch Bet\u00e4tigung des Buttons \u201eJetzt kaufen\u201c. Dies stellt Ihre verbindliche Bestellung dar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, indem Ihnen innerhalb von drei Werktagen an die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse eine Bestellbest\u00e4tigung von uns zugeht.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    (4) Im Falle des Vertragsschlusses kommt der Vertrag mit woof & wiggle – Veronika W\u00f6ll, Vereinsstr. 89, 20357 Hamburg, Deutschland zustande. <\/p>\n\n

    (5) Before ordering, the contract data can be printed out or saved electronically using the print function of the browser. The processing of the order and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract, in particular the order data, the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy, is carried out by e-mail, partly automatically, after you have triggered the order. We do not save the contract text after the contract has been concluded.<\/p>\n\n

    (6) Input errors can be corrected using the usual keyboard, mouse and browser functions (e.g. \u00bbback button\u00ab of the browser). You can also be corrected by canceling the order process early, closing the browser window and repeating the process.<\/p>\n\n

    (7) The processing of the order and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is partially automated via email.       (1) The guarantee is based on the statutory provisions.<\/p>\n\n

      (2) For entrepreneurs, the warranty period for delivered goods is 12 months.<\/p>\n\n

      (2) The provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods explicitly do not apply.<\/p>\n\n
