SHIPPING COSTS<\/strong>woof & wiggle ships within Germany and Europe using DHL as its shipping partner. Within Germany, you can choose between DHL shipping and Warenpost for small items. For Austria and the Netherlands<\/strong>, we offer flat-rate shipping for 7.90 EUR<\/strong>. For all other EU countries, shipping is handled by DHL. For international shipments, we choose between UPS and DHL. We always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. Below you\u2019ll find an overview of the shipping costs. <\/p>\n\n

For orders of 99 EUR or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

CUSTOMS FEES<\/strong>When shipping to non-EU countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, etc., fees such as customs clearance, import duties, and other costs may apply at your country\u2019s border. We are legally required to declare the full paid value of shipments and must include an invoice. Customs and import procedures are beyond our control; therefore, woof & wiggle is NOT<\/strong> responsible for any additional costs or delays. All our international customers are responsible for customs and import fees in their own country, the destination country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. <\/p>\n\n

RETURNS<\/strong>If you would like to return an item, please notify us by email at retoure@woofandwiggle.com<\/a>. Please be sure to include your order number<\/strong>, name<\/strong>, and the items<\/strong> you wish to return. <\/p>\n\n

The cost per return order<\/strong> will be automatically deducted from your refund. <\/p>\n\n

As soon as you request a return, we’ll send you an email with a return label and instructions on how to ship the item.<\/p>\n\n

Please follow the instructions and drop off the return at the nearest DHL branch. Please include the completed return form in the package. <\/p>\n\n

Please note:<\/strong> You must send us the items you wish to return before the return period expires. Our return period is 14 days. <\/p>\n\n

CONSEQUENCES OF RETURNS\/CANCELLATION<\/strong>If you cancel the contract and return the entire order to woof & wiggle, woof & wiggle will refund all payments it has received from the customer, including shipping costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day the returned items are received. For this refund, woof & wiggle will use the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction. <\/p>\n\n

The customer must return or hand over the goods to woof & wiggle immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which the customer notified woof & wiggle of the return. The deadline is met if the customer ships the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. <\/p>\n\n

The customer only has to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by the customer that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.<\/p>\n\n

Please ensure that the goods are carefully packaged (if possible in the original packaging) and sent to the following address:<\/p>\n\n

EXCHANGES<\/strong>If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, etc.), please arrange a return as described above and then conveniently reorder the product you want.<\/p>\n\n

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the returned item arrives at our warehouse. Depending on the payment method you selected, the refund should be processed <\/strong>within 7 business days <\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS\/UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS<\/strong> The recipient is responsible for ensuring that shipments delivered to the branch are picked up in a timely manner. If a shipment is returned to us, penalty fees may apply in some cases. The penalty postage fee of 2.90 EUR will be charged to the buyer and deducted from the order refund. <\/p>\n\n

WHY WE NO LONGER SHIP TO SWITZERLAND<\/strong>We\u2019d like to provide a transparent and open explanation of why we\u2019ve stopped shipping to Switzerland. As a small, dedicated team, we do our best to meet the needs of our customers. However, we are realistic about our capacities and capabilities. International shipping, especially to countries outside the European Union such as Switzerland, requires a significant amount of extra effort. Strict customs regulations and procedures must be followed, which involves not only the customs clearance process itself but also a range of documentation that consumes a significant amount of time and resources. In addition, we frequently receive complaints from customers regarding customs duties and applicable taxes. We are not responsible for customs and import procedures, customs duties, or taxes. <\/p>\n\n
