By participating in the Affiliate Program, the user accepts these terms and conditions. Eligible are persons over 18 years. Minors require the consent of their guardian to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termination &amp; cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The R\u00f6sing \/ W\u00f6ll GbR reserves the right to delete an affiliate without giving any reason and to end the cooperation. At the same time, every affiliate has the right to delete his account with all data. For this an email must be sent to <a href=\"mailto:hello@woofandwiggle.com\">hello@woofandwiggle.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each participant receives a minimum commission of 5% for generated affiliate sales through own referral links. The R\u00f6sing \/ W\u00f6ll GbR reserves the right to make individual agreements with affiliates. No commission is paid for own purchases by the affiliate. Shipping costs and taxes are not included in the commission calculation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no minimum amount for the payment of commissions. The payment is made via PayPal. Payouts are always made on the 15th of the following month, so for example all amounts of January will be paid on the 15th of February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contract changes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have the right to change the conditions at any time. The affiliate will be informed immediately by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Promotional material<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The affiliate is responsible for the integration of advertising material itself for the advertising designation. R\u00f6sing \/ W\u00f6ll GbR accepts no liability for damage caused by incorrect integration of advertising material. Affiliate may not modify any promotional materials provided<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All data collected as part of the Affiliate Program will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG) and the Information and Telecommunications Services Act (IuTDG). The data collected during the participation will be collected and stored for the purpose of implementing the affiliate program.
